Three Halos Systems // About

One company. One accountable prime.

The story behind Three Halos Systems, the man whose name stands behind both practices, and the honor we keep for the businesses this city runs on.

The Company

Built from the ground up in South Carolina.

Three Halos LLC is a South Carolina small business founded in 2020. It began in custom apparel and design, and grew on a simple operating principle: one prime, one point of contact, and full accountability for the result. Today that principle runs two practices under one roof — Three Halos Systems: federal contracting for government buyers, and WebWorks, websites built and managed for the local businesses this state runs on.

The name is the founder’s tribute to his three children — the three halos. Charleston is home; the work reaches across South Carolina and, through a vetted partner network, nationwide.

THE ACCOUNTABLE PRIME

Founded in 2020 by Adam Phillips — a contractor who has supported government programs since 2007.

Owner of Three Halos LLC, Charleston, South Carolina. He has supported United States Government programs since 2007 — including a decade working overseas — and worked in cybersecurity and information technology since 2019. The contracting officer and the restaurant owner reach the same person: the one who quotes the work, builds the website, and answers the phone at (843) 580-4099. No account managers. No handoffs. No call center.

The Heart of Charleston

The Heart of Charleston seal — Three Halos Heritage award

Some businesses aren’t just in Charleston. They are Charleston — the dining rooms, counters, and storefronts this city’s story runs through. For a small number of them — documented community staples with twenty-five years or more behind them, the kind of place a national award finds on its own — we keep a separate honor: the Heart of Charleston.

It carries our seal on their website, our best rate guaranteed for the life of their account, and our word that their corner of the internet gets tended like it matters — because it does.

“The Heart of Charleston cannot be bought. It is awarded.”

Heritage is not a plan on a rate card, and it is never advertised. If your business is one of them, you’ll know — and one day, you may hear from us.

The Roster

The Heart of Charleston client list is now forming.

Every name that appears here appears with that business’s permission — asked for, and given. We don’t borrow anybody’s good name to sell our own. The first names will be posted as their owners give the word.

One call reaches both practices.

A contracting officer with a requirement, or a local owner whose customers are looking them up tonight — either way, you’ll talk to Adam, not a call center.
