PRACTICE 02 — FEDERAL CONTRACTING
Federal Contracting

Products and services for government buyers, delivered by one accountable prime.

Three Halos LLC is a South Carolina small business supplying products and services to federal, state, and local government buyers. We perform as prime contractor — self-performing where we are strongest, and delivering through a vetted partner network where local performance matters. Founded in 2020, the company began in custom apparel and design and grew on a simple operating principle: one prime, one point of contact, and full accountability for the result. Our owner has supported U.S. Government programs since 2007, including a decade working overseas as a contractor — and that standard of reliability shapes every order and every service call.

One call reaches both practices.

A contracting officer with a requirement, or a local owner whose customers are looking them up tonight — either way, you’ll talk to Adam, not a call center.
